There are two kinds of cycling that we would like to propose to you on your way for exploring  the nature of Bali, especially for the rural scenery and activities conducted by the locals.

Firstly it is carried out in the countryside, started at Petang village where you will be able to explore the elephants and the chocolate production, then continued to the middle of countryside with some possibilities to see natural scenery, such as, of rice fields, coffee plantations, some fruit trees like durians, mangosteens, mangoes, bananas, jack fruit trees, etc.  Then you will stop for discovering a local house where the Balinese family lives in order to be able to be acquainted with the villagers and their own daily activities. The exploration will be conducted at the sacred monkey forest of Sangeh haunted by hundreds of monkeys that are up to now believed to have a relation with the story of Ramayana telling about the combat between King Rahwana and  Prince Rama in his effort to liberate his wife, Sinta from the king Rahwana. Finally Rama was very successful in his mission to take back Sinta to his palace, Ayodya where he became a kind and wise king that was very much loved by his people.  The success-fullness of Prince Rama in liberation of his wife was sake of the assistance of the troop of monkeys headed by a white monkey called Hanoman. This cycling will be ended at a restaurant where you will enjoy an Indonesian buffet lunch. Then in the afternoon back to your hotel.
